Returns & Refunds

If you weren't happy with your online purchase, you may return it within 7 days after the order date. Returns are accepted with either your receipt or your delivery confirmation email. The packing slip that comes with your order serves as your receipt.

Mail-in returns are acceptable as long as they reach our warehouse within 7 days of the order date.

We allow you to return any item for a valid reason. If you plan to return an item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with the original receipt/invoice.

 

Refunds
We will send you an email once we have received and inspected your returned item to notify you that we have received it. Your refund will be handled within a certain number of days, and either a credit voucher or a refund will be credited to your bank account.

 

Refunds that are late
After we receive the eligible return, merchandise credits will be provided.
In-store returns will be reimbursed in the original manner of payment or given item credit on the spot. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please allow a few days and check your bank account again.

 

Exchanges
If you need to swap an item for something else, simply send it back to us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will send you a replacement. If applicable, shipping costs will be added.

 

Shipping
The shipping costs connected with returning your goods are your responsibility. The time it takes for you to get your exchanged merchandise can vary depending on where you live. Please consider using a trackable delivery service or buying shipment insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will get your returned item.

Used, worn, or unsaleable merchandise will not be accepted for refund or product credit.

Unfortunately, many shops are victims of fraudulent returns. Returns may also be limited or denied based on our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to assist in the administration of our loss prevention program.

Swimwear and beauty items that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned.
