SECTION 13 - WARRANTY DISCLAIMER; LIABILITY LIMITATION
Before things are sold, all pre-owned apparel is carefully cleaned.
We are devoted to selling high-quality products, and authentication is a critical component of that commitment.
All things were obtained from a clearance store in the United States of America. To keep ahead of the curve, we closely monitor the latest fashion and fraud trends. with some circumstances, we also use third-party specialists to appraise and certify authentication so you may be confident with your purchase.
Any counterfeits that come to us are instantly destroyed. In the extremely uncommon event that an inauthentic item is sold by mistake, we will reimburse the purchase within 48 hours. The item must be returned to Cheapskate Depot for team training and destruction.

SECTION 14 - COMPENSATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Cheapskate Depot and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 15 - PERMANENCE
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service; such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

For all reasons, the parties' responsibilities and liabilities accrued prior to the termination date will survive the termination of this agreement.
These Terms of Service are in effect until either you or us terminate them. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to utilize our Services or by discontinuing use of our website.
If, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, or we suspect that you have failed to comply, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or we may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

We shall not be deemed to have waived any right or provision of these Terms of Service if we fail to exert or enforce such right or provision.

SECTION 21 - POLICY ON SHIPPING
Shipping costs are computed at the time of purchase. Orders are processed and sent within 1-3 business days via LBC, Lalamove, J&T, or WorldWide Express. All delivery durations are estimations, and deliveries are normally made between 3-8 business days of processing, with expedited shipping options available. We do not currently ship overseas.
SECTION 22 - POLICY FOR ONLINE RETURNS
We accept accepted returns within 7 days of delivery.
You may return authorized items using your preferred carrier. All returns must include the original packing slip as well as an explanation for the return. Items returned must be mailed to:

Shipping charges, both outbound and return, are non-refundable. If your order is worth more than Php1000, you should utilize a trackable delivery service or pay shipping insurance.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be 1) in the same condition as when it was received (New with Tags items must be returned with tags attached), 2) contain the original order number and receipt, and 3) include the original packing.
